Too many South Carolinians are not registered to vote, are registered but are inactive voters, or only vote infrequently.  This creates a political environment where a small segment of South Carolinians set the course of the state.  The Opportunity Project aims to change that by expanding and reengaging our electorate with a keen focus on younger voters and voters of color.
